The Board of Directors of the Papanikolaou Institute unanimously approved yesterday the establishment of the new Scientific – Advisory Council of the Institute.
The Council is composed of distinguished scientists who were selected on the basis of their scientific background, research interests and experience in areas relevant to the Institute’s mission. The Scientific Council consists of 17 members, including its President.
Mr. Efstratios Patsouris, Emeritus Professor of the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), and former Dean of the School of Health Sciences at NKUA, was appointed President.
